Every day, our team of volunteer doctors and staff carries that mission forward, serving patients in our community who have nowhere else to turn.

About the Role
The Program Manager is responsible for grant and funder reporting across the clinic's programs, and for tracking whether we're hitting the goals we've promised to funders, the board, and our community. You'll coordinate clinic programs with staff to make sure we reach the goals we've set out to achieve, and you'll be the person who knows, at any given moment, how each program is performing against its targets — making sure that information gets to the people who need it, on time and in the right format.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and submit reports to grantors and funders on schedule, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with each funder's specific reporting requirements

· Track program metrics and outcomes against grant deliverables and internal goals

· Coordinate with clinic staff across programs to keep everyone aligned on progress toward shared goals

· Maintain reporting calendars and deadlines across multiple funding sources

· Regularly brief clinic staff and leadership on progress toward targets, flagging risks early when a program is falling behind

· Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to collect the data needed for reporting (patient outcomes, service volume, program-specific metrics)

· Support grant applications and renewals with accurate historical performance data

· Maintain organized records of past reports, data sources, and funder communications

Qualifications

· Experience in program management, grant reporting, or nonprofit administration (healthcare or social services setting preferred)

· Strong writing skills — able to translate program data into clear, funder-ready narratives

· Comfortable with data tracking tools (Excel required; experience with reporting software a plus)

· Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple funder deadlines at once

· Self-directed and comfortable working with a small, close-knit nonprofit team

· Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
