What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including staffing, customer experience, product quality, financial performance, and overall business results.
- Create a welcoming environment that consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences while fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while supporting each team member's personal and professional growth.
- Develop Shift Leads and Assistant Store Managers into future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on leadership.
- Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and key business metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans that improve operational performance and profitability.
- Maintain excellence in food safety, cleanliness, quality, security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Partner closely with your District Manager to achieve business objectives and support continued company growth.
- Foster an engaging workplace where team members feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least one year of retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- The ability to independently manage a fast-paced operation while balancing multiple priorities.
- Confidence to provide coaching, accountability, conflict resolution, and constructive feedback.
- A team-first mindset with strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Flexibility to work at any location within the assigned district or county.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 45 pounds.
