Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River, NJ, for a New/Used Vehicle Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs and assisting them in selecting vehicles that best suit their requirements. Additional duties include providing knowledgeable recommendations, building lasting relationships, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The successful candidate will ensure a positive car-buying experience aligned with the Lester Glenn Experience philosophy.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to effectively guide customers through their vehicle purchasing journey.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and effectively present vehicle options and benefits.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a memorable and positive car-buying experience.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial.
- A valid driver's license is required.
