Vehicle Graphics Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Vehicle Graphics Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, and production teams. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of navigating complex project requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales to Customer Relations:
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, outside sales and the internal sales team, ensuring all necessary information is accurately relayed and understood.
  • Proactively follow up on missing customer information (e.g., dimensions) to prevent delays in the production process.
  • Clearly communicate design and production limitations or non-possibilities to customers through the sales channel, managing expectations effectively.
  • Ensure that critical customer information and project details are consistently maintained and accessible to all relevant teams.
  • Production:
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to understand capacity and scheduling.
  • Assist in managing the installation and production schedule, prioritizing projects that align with current timelines and resource availability.
  • Gain a foundational understanding of production processes, including time spent on tasks such as weeding, cutting, and laminating, to better inform sales and customer discussions.
  • Design:
  • Work with the design team on file management and organization.
  • Inform the sales team of any design constraints or infeasibilities, such as graphics that won't fit a particular vehicle type (e.g., "graphics won't fit on an Explorer").
  • Facilitate clear communication between design and sales to ensure that customer expectations are realistic and achievable within design parameters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the vehicle graphics or signage industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with vehicle graphics design and production processes is a plus.
