Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based in Green Bay, WI. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Duties include following safety protocols, operating painting and decorating tools, performing spray painting, and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Paint and Painting techniques
- Experience in Painting
- Knowledge of Coatings and appropriate surface preparation
- Skills in spraying with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team or independently
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and proper handling of painting materials
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks
- Previous painting experience or certification is a plus
