Job Overview:
The Pool Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools. This role also ensures pool areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained while upholding all pool safety rules and regulations.
Pay: $16.37 - $19.23/ Hourly
Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Job Overview:
The Pool Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools. This role also ensures pool areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained while upholding all pool safety rules and regulations.
Pay: $16.37 - $19.23/ Hourly

Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned weekly pool service route
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including testing and balancing water chemistry and adjusting chlorination levels
- Clean and backwash filters; brush and vacuum pools; clean tiles; and complete related maintenance tasks
- Remove debris from pool surfaces and floors and oversee the general upkeep of pool equipment
- Inspect equipment and report service or repair needs as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required company documentation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and a professional appearance
- Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management
- Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service at all times
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Prior pool service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, including in extreme temperatures
- Dependable, reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus
