Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pool Resurfacing Sales Representative to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will meet with homeowners and clients across Central Florida, evaluate their pool resurfacing and remodeling needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them seamlessly through to the closing of the sale.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Person Client Consultations: Conduct on-site visits throughout Central Florida to evaluate pool conditions, understand customer goals, and present pool resurfacing options.
- Estimate & Pipeline Management: Prepare clear proposals, deliver detailed estimates, and maintain consistent follow-up with leads to move projects forward to closure.
- Exceptional Customer Care: Provide attentive, professional, and transparent communication at every stage of the sales and consultation process.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high-end service that drives satisfaction and referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
- Sales & Customer Service: Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service (experience in home improvement, construction, or pool industry is a plus).
- Schedule Availability: Full-time availability Monday through Friday during business hours to attend daytime client appointments.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness/ability to travel to prospective client sites across the Central Florida region.
- Professional Demeanor: Driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Base Salary: $60,000 per year.
- Performance Bonuses: Opportunity for additional incentive/bonus pay based on performance and target achievements.
- Note: Detailed payment cycles, commission structure, and bonus milestones will be discussed during the interview process.
