What You’ll Do
Greet customers in our Service Drive and perform walk around inspection on the customer vehicle
Record proper vehicle and customer information
Actively listen and record customer concerns
Accurately relay vehicle updates with customer via phone, text or email
Provide excellent customer service during customer visit and follow up
Provide an active delivery process of vehicle upon customer arrival for vehicle pick up
Positive communication between Service team members
Maintain clean, organized work area

Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented
Valid driver's license required
Basic computer skills
Reliable, team-oriented mindset
Previous experience not needed - will train a qualified candidate
