Summary
We are seeking an individual to join our team in the Fox Valley. This role is crucial in assisting with many office functions. You will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining financial integrity. This position is unique with the hours being 1 week working Monday thru Thursday 10-7 and Friday 9-6 and the second week working Tuesday 12-7 Wednesday and Thursday 10-7 Friday 9-6 and Saturday 7-5.
Responsibilities
- Cashiering and receptionist coverage.
- Training on all aspects of accounts receivable.
- Process invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Train on cancellation process.
- Maintain the paperwork flow.
- Qualifications
- Be able to multi task.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
