What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth and Revenue Director position at Les BBQ?
Role Summary: Les BBQ's growth and revenue director is first and primarily focused in execution and management of all responsibilities associated with the marketing- messaging- curating- managment of- and delivery of key personnel and programs to drive revenue in and through catering, affiliate programs, and all marketing and messaging platforms such as social media and paid ad placement.
This role will be the direct report of employees hired to scale and grow these programs, such as catering sales, affiliate programs, and content creation, and will be held to the key performance indicators of top line growth associated. The growth and revenue director will speak to, manage, and report on, all programs associated with Les BBQ's growth plan, and be held responsible for the along with engaging in leading the following:
Tour and Events:
* Represent Les BBQ Company on the road to acquire customer engagement through promotion and data capture.
* Content creation to be used in real time company promotion of Les and the company team.
* Curation of strategic partners and distributors for Les BBQ's product beyond execution of the event or tour stop, with follow up reporting associated.
Strategic Partnership:
* Acquisition, management, and scale of strategic partnership, to grow Les BBQ's company footprint and visibility, such as:
- Corporate Sponsorships and engagmenet : 10 - 20 ppl per event and appearance
- Celebrity partnership
- Other high profile engagements and partnerships such as NBA, Sports, Local Programming Partnerships
* All programs created and executed to drive content creation, data collection and reporting, E Commerce sales growth
Local Partnership Through "Preferred Vendor Status":
* Acquistion, managmenet, and execution of key local partnerships, designed to grow catering sales, business awareness, and community footprint, through preferred vendow status, such as but not limited to- wedding planners, funeral homes, silicon slopes, University department catering sales, ski organization, etc.
Affiliate Program:
* Focused and speedy build of affiliate program partner program build with Matt and associated team members.
* Data reporting of sales through channel and partner, for company consideration of elevated engagement.
* Management of program's top line revenue reporting and curation.
Marketing & Messaging Managment:
* Direction, support, and program curration of key marketing employees and programs such as but not limited to our current flavor of the month programs, etc.
* Management of key staff hired to create content for all platforms.
* Daily, Weekly, and monthly marketing initiatives to be managed through seasonal and programatic direction such as and for example: Holidays, Football and sports seasons, summer festival seasons, etc.
Management and engagement of staff and outbound program alignment through catering, sponsorships, and partnerships, with deliverable reporting, KPI accountability, and program scale and growth.
