Role Description
Les BBQ is seeking a full-time Growth and Content Manager to join our team in a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, UT, with flexibility for remote work. This role involves driving brand growth through strategic content creation, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and crafting customer-focused messaging to enhance brand visibility. Key responsibilities include developing and managing content strategies, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities, creating and editing high-quality content, and collaborating with creative, marketing, and sales teams. The Growth and Content Manager will play a critical role in building our brand and driving customer engagement.
