The Education Programs Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding high-quality staff for our FLYERS program. Working under the FLYERS Director and in close partnership with Human Resources, you will serve as a brand ambassador—building community pipelines, streamlining the hiring process, and supporting initiatives that boost employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Outreach: Partner with HR to attend job fairs, lead community outreach, and build strong talent pipelines with local schools and organizations.
- Hiring Support: Collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs. Screen applicants, conduct interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist managers with timely hiring decisions.
- Onboarding & Integration: Act as the primary point of contact for new hires. Guide them through pre-employment requirements, facilitate team introductions, and conduct 30-day check-ins to ensure a smooth transition.
- Retention & Culture: Identify hiring trends, gather feedback, and recommend strategies to improve the employee experience and boost staff retention.

- Experience: 2 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, education programs, childcare operations, or a related field.

- Education: Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent combined experience).
