We have a position for an experienced SAFe Agile Coach to ensure corporate processes are followed, plan Sprints for data analytics needs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
What you will be doing:
- Support 3-Step and 7-Step problem-solving issues with Digital Products.
- Lead and coordinate current product quality forum for Digital Engineering team
- Plan for Sprints and quarterly PI, track progress, coordinate with the immediate team, Advanced Analytics, Data engineering, Digital organization etc.
- Lead weekly standup meetings to track progress and review backlog items.
- Provide regular leadership updates on project progress, road blocks etc.

- College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or data analytics or other relevant technical disciplines.
- Experience with controls, systems engineering or product management is preferred
- Experience with JIRA is required.
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodology is required.
- Good communicator - written and verbal
- An effective problem solver who is comfortable using analytical tools.
- Eager to learn; ask questions
- Self-motivated
- Self-manage and communicate what they are working on and issues discovered
