Senior Commercial Sales – Tile, Stone & Architectural Surfaces
Region: Colorado (Denver Metro and statewide)

The OpportunityThis is a senior-level sales leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a high-growth, project-driven environment. You’ll take ownership of commercial project sales building relationships with GCs, developers, and commercial installers while managing bids, proposals, and awarded jobs from start to finish. You’ll work closely with internal operations, estimating, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution and profitability.
What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a territory plan focused on large commercial and multi-unit projects.
Build and convert a pipeline of bids → awards → POs, tracking activity and protecting margins.
Maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and installers.
Manage submittals, schedules, value engineering options, and closeouts.
Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure successful project delivery.
Report on pipeline metrics and forecasting accuracy.
Represent the company at local industry events and networking opportunities.
10 years of commercial/project sales experience in tile, stone, or architectural finishes.
Proven track record of winning large projects and managing the full bid-to-award cycle.
Established network with GCs, developers, and commercial installers.
Skilled at CRM use, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
