Client Operations Associate

A leading wealth management firm based in Alpharetta is seeking a Client Operations Associate to support advisors in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. This role blends client interaction with behind-the-scenes coordination, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience across all client accounts and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely communication
- Maintain and update client records, schedules, and tasks within the CRM system
- Prepare and submit required documentation in alignment with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Keep advisors informed of client activity, updates, and service requests
- Develop proficiency in custodial platforms and reporting systems
- Process client transactions, including wires, transfers, and ACH requests
- Coordinate new client onboarding, including account setup and documentation
- Support ongoing account maintenance activities, including distributions and updates
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and organization within digital systems
- Maintain a working knowledge of industry regulations and operational best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Comfortable working with technology platforms and systems
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of experience in operations or client support within a professional services environment
- Familiarity with CRM and financial platforms such as Redtail, eMoney, Charles Schwab, Black Diamond, or similar tools
