The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Bartender/Bar Supervisor to join our leadership team. This individual will oversee daily bar operations, uphold our high standards of beverage execution and service, and play a key role in shaping the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Craft and serve exceptional classic and modern cocktails with consistency and finesse

Supervise and mentor a team of bartenders and barbacks, fostering a positive and supportive environment

Manage bar inventory and place weekly orders in coordination with vendors

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper storage of all bar products

Create and maintain staff schedules in collaboration with management

Uphold and enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards

Work closely with the Beverage Director and GM on seasonal cocktail development and training initiatives

Support service during high-volume shifts and lead by example on the floor

Minimum 3–5 years of high-end bartending experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation techniques

Proven ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
