We are the flagship restaurant in a young Hospitality Group. It features 3 top rated boutique hotels in Brooklyn and a wedding events venue. We are expanding and seeking positive humans who only want to grow with us.

FOH QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
2 years experience in New York City restaurants with POS understanding (Salido)
Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, cocktails, beer & spirits
Ability to learn quickly
Driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic
Positive attitude and hospitality first oriented
Good communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comprehensive knowledge of our complete food and beverage program
- Responsible for monthly inventory
- Mastery of all classic cocktails
- Know how to and be able to properly serve cocktails, WBTG, coffee & tea
- Truly understand and highlight our restaurants/hotels individual identity
- Know and be able to identify bar, cocktail table, dining room table and seat numbers
- Can complete opening/closing side work tasks
- Maintain station cleanliness at all times
- Complete understanding of the steps of service and execution
- Knowledgeable of the menu: food ingredients & sources, allergies & preparations
- Can lift 50 lbs
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- At least 3 years of experience working with beverage programs and high-volume establishments
- Prior experience using a beverage inventory program preferred and strong computer skills
Salary : $12 - $15
