We are seeking a Senior Administrative Intern to support the Marketing Communications team in Huntsville, AL, with a primary focus on an inventory-driven project that will play an important role in supporting our tradeshow planning and execution efforts. This internship offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-visibility project, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and make recommendations that improve processes, efficiency, and readiness for events. The intern will contribute to day-to-day administrative support while helping organize materials, track key data, and enhance how we manage and deploy assets for tradeshows.

What You Will Do
- Perform professional administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility
- Contribute to the execution of projects and organizational objectives when asked
- Create various documents and electronic information with direction
- Update relevant data using database applications
- Assist in answering questions and/or refer inquiry to appropriate person
- Assist in researching information as needed for projects and other objectives
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
- May support staff in assigned project based work
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Must be actively enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program in Marketing
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Comfortable using an iPad and mobile apps to support work activities (e.g., scanning QR codes, taking photos, and capturing/entering inventory data)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work a 9/80 schedule, full-time from 5/18/26-8/7/26
