Job Responsibilities
- Assists the General Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing daily workflow across installation bays, parts inventory, and logistics to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Supervises and coaches technicians, installers, and warehouse associates to achieve productivity and quality standards. Provide hands-on direction, resolve issues, and reinforce safety and performance expectations.
- Partners with the General Manager to schedule installations, balance workload among team members, and coordinate incoming and outgoing fleet vehicles.
- Helps manage parts and accessory inventory, track usage, assist with purchase requests, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overages.
- Conducts routine inspections of vehicles and work areas to ensure safety and workmanship meet Leonard and customer standards. Address non-conformance issues promptly.
- Assists with customer interactions when needed, ensuring professional communication, accurate information, and timely responses to questions or concerns.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and reduce rework. Recommend and help implement process improvements to support continuous improvement goals.
- Assists with timekeeping, work order review, job costing accuracy, and other operational reporting required by the General Manager.
- Provides feedback, training, and performance input for hourly associates. Model Leonard’s values and commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures the work area, tools, and equipment are organized, safe, and well-maintained to support a clean, professional work environment.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, production, or automotive upfitting, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
This position requires approximately 5% travel within the United States.
