Yearbook Support Representative
Leonard's is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Yearbook Support Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering top-notch service, collaborating closely with our sales team, and ensuring client satisfaction while guiding them through the yearbook creation process. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to maintaining existing accounts and will actively participate in refining the Leonard’s Yearbook curriculum and educational resources, including social media engagement.
Job Functions:
· Maintains a yearbook retention rate of 96% or higher.
· Guides customers through product creation and development.
· Offers prompt and relevant assistance, ensuring customer needs are met.
· Conducts virtual and occasional in-person training sessions for customers.
· Represents the Leonard’s brand with professionalism and integrity.
· Collaborates closely with the sales team and leadership to set and monitor objectives.
· Works in tandem with the internal yearbook support team for effective operations.
· Cultivates relationships with school Yearbook Advisers, Principals, and key stakeholders to foster client retention.
· Responds to account inquiries within a maximum of 24 hours.
· Stays abreast of market trends and updates on products and services.
· Contributes to the design and management of high school yearbook accounts.
· Supports Leonard’s Yearbook Instagram and assists in social media and marketing efforts.
· Contributes to the creation and upkeep of the Leonard’s Yearbook and Press Pass Summer Workshop websites.
· Provides assistance in planning and executing the Press Pass Summer Workshop.
· Handles Customer Service inquiries promptly and professionally when required.
· Contributes to the development of the Leonard’s Yearbook/Photography curriculum.
Skills Required:
- 2 years of proven success in a customer service or sales capacity or within the educational field
- A strong self-starter who is results focused
- Proven track record of managing and effectively leading through change
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership skills and strong influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable working individually and as part of a team
- Ability to think strategically
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- Prior experience working in the K-12 Educational space or with school photography and or yearbooks
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Skilled in InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro
