We are looking for a dependable General Construction Worker to contribute to field operations and support various trades on active job sites.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of construction tasks including site preparation, demolition, carpentry support, and basic concrete work.
• Assist with layout, measurement, and installation of materials by interpreting drawings and following field direction to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support concrete operations including forming, pouring, and finishing while maintaining proper timing and site readiness.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, blocking, and formwork.
• Load, transport, and stage materials and equipment to support efficient job site operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to maintain productivity and meet project schedules.
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to take direction.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support project demands.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in commercial construction, carpentry, or related trades
• Current OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
• Can safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, stairs, and climb out of ditches
• Must wear proper protective equipment at all times
• Physical ability to work in demanding environments and lift heavy materials as required
