Here’s the work you get to do
- Build the Texas Market from the Ground Up: Identify, pursue, and win new business with production builders, high‑volume residential builders, and developers across Texas, leveraging your existing network to accelerate market entry and establish Leola as a trusted partner.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a market‑specific growth strategy aligned with Leola’s expansion goals. Build a strong pipeline, qualify opportunities with discipline, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Establish and Strengthen Relationships: Cultivate long‑term partnerships with key decision‑makers: Division Presidents, Purchasing Leaders, Construction Executives, and Land/Operations teams. Serve as the face of Leola in Texas, earning trust through credibility, consistency, and follow‑through.
- Operate With Ownership: Manage your territory with independence while staying aligned to company strategy. Use CRM tools to track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and maintain disciplined account management.
- Collaborate to Win: Work closely with estimating, operations, and marketing, providing market intelligence to guide pricing, scope strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Represent Leola Across the Industry:Attend builder events, trade shows, association meetings, and industry gatherings to expand visibility and influence.
