Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity takeoffs using AGTEK Gradeworks or AGTEK Earthwork
• Support estimating efforts for earthwork, grading, underground utilities, paving, and site development projects
• Review plans, specifications, bid documents, and site information
• Assist with labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost analysis
• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and leadership throughout the bidding process
• Support preconstruction and estimating initiatives across multiple active projects
• Assist with project handoffs and estimating documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of estimating or takeoff experience within heavy civil or site development construction
• Hands-on AGTEK Gradeworks or AGTEK Earthwork experience required
• Ability to independently complete AGTEK takeoffs without software training
• Experience within earthwork, underground utilities, grading, paving, excavation, or related civil scopes preferred
• HeavyBid experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret civil construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced estimating environment

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an Estimator with hands-on AGTEK experience to support preconstruction and takeoff efforts across heavy civil projects.

This role is ideal for someone with experience using AGTEK Gradeworks or AGTEK Earthwork for quantity takeoffs who wants to continue growing within estimating and heavy civil construction. While HeavyBid experience is a plus, the primary focus is finding someone who can immediately contribute within AGTEK without requiring software instruction.
