Job Description
- Manage aggregator accounts, communicate daily with accounts, ask for additional work, and follow up on scheduled and completed WOs.
- Focus on account maintenance and growth.
- Update portals, such as Service Channel
- Support and verify IVR check ins with techs
- Coordinate daily work orders with Ops/Dispatch
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Facilitate any disputes or issues with aggregator accounts
- Handle Tech parts reporting - weekly - will be trained
- Support Ops with day to day work flow
- Accept work orders upon request
- Schedule 1 offs, after hours, weekend service for aggregator accounts
Requirements
- 2-5 years as an Account Coordinator or Account Manager
- Experience with commercial facilities services
- Experience with industry WOM systems (ie. Service Channel, Corrigo, FIT, Service Titan, etc)
- Ideal candidates will be able to work with our corporate clients in a professional manner with little supervision.
