Leo's Ristorante, located in the heart of downtown Bristol, is seeking for full-time and part-time Servers to support a casual dining environment. Reporting to the Owner, this role requires availability for rotating shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and year-round service. The ideal candidate builds rapport with guests, pays close attention to detail, and works effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Provide prompt, attentive food and beverage service.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu.
- Keep tables clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Build positive relationships with guests and address their needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server.
- Availability to work year-round, including weekdays, weekends, rotating shifts, and holidays.
- Ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
