Repair Department Associate / Parts Sourcing

You will be the main connection between our Repair Department and Our Customers and play a major role in meeting the requirements of each customer's individual repair needs.
Requirements:
- Good organizational skills

- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Able to multi-task & prioritize responsibilities
- Communication skills
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Parts sourcing, ordering & tracking of those parts
- Minimal Shipping & Receiving
- Gathering parts drawings for our technicians
- Data Entry
- Preparing & sending customer quotes
- Processing customer orders
- Communicate with vendors, customers & team members to align goals
- Sourcing & ordering shop supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
