Duties
- Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure accuracy of documents and records
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, email correspondence, and calendar management
- Handle office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or via phone/email
- Support administrative functions including calendar coordination for executives, organizing meetings, and managing personal assistant duties as needed
Skills
- Proven experience with office management, clerical duties, and administrative support in a professional setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
