We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who is bright, energetic, and well organized to work in our Finance Department. Candidate should possess excellent telephone and computer skills and have the ability to handle a variety of processes. A combined sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy is essential.
What We Need From You
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who is bright, energetic, and well organized to work in our Finance Department. Candidate should possess excellent telephone and computer skills and have the ability to handle a variety of processes. A combined sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy is essential.
What We Need From You
- Invoice review, coding, and data entry.
- Problem resolution, which may include daily contact with vendor network via phone/email.
- Statement and report review
- Miscellaneous finance and reporting functions.
- Support the operations of the company with administrative tasks as needed.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google Sheets.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- A minimum of 1 year’s office experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Google Docs.
