Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Dismantler with mechanic experience to meticulously dismantle late-model vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will follow established processes to ensure efficient and effective dismantling, maximizing the value of each vehicle. This position offers the opportunity to earn $75,000 in your first year, based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Dismantle latemodel vehicles with precision and attention to detail
• Follow established processes and safety protocols to ensure maximum efficiency
• Identify and remove valuable parts from vehicles for resale and recycling
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily dismantling goals

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanic experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to follow processes and maximize productivity
• Experience with automotive parts removal is a plus
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high standards
• Ability to lift, up to 75lbs
• Automotive Tools required

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate based on experience to start
• 100% Flat Rate Pay after 90 Days of Employment

Monday – Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm
