Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and problem-solving? We’re seeking a Dealer Management Coordinator to join our Dealer Management team in a hybrid role based in Foothill Ranch, CA.
In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for dealer-related issues, ensuring agreements are properly executed, titles are perfected, and dealer data is accurately maintained across systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support smooth operations and compliance across all dealer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and finalize dealer agreement files, ensuring inclusion of current documentation (e.g., bank statements, credit reports)
- Upload completed agreements to the Dealer Management portal and verify accurate dealer data in Loan Servicing Systems
- Maintain dealer information across platforms including Dealer Track, Dealer Center, and Route One
- Complete a minimum number of JIRA ticket assignments weekly
- Support sales, credit, operations, and dealers with inquiries related to agreements, statuses, missing funds, and changes
- Facilitate title perfection with dealers, sales, CMS, and DMV agencies through calls and correspondence
- Verify dealer licensing and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Evaluate dealer funding exceptions and escalate issues as needed
- Document all communications and follow-ups thoroughly in required systems
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce professional business correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a high volume of work and interact effectively with coworkers and customers
- Positive attitude, motivated to succeed, and open to constructive feedback
