What are the responsibilities and job description for the Box Office Representative position at Lensic Performing Arts Center?
The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks one part-time Box Office Representative for 15 hours a week, including some evenings and weekends. Duties include selling tickets in person and by phone while using a computer, processing memberships, handing out will call, problem-solving, and general office tasks. Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Computer skills
· Punctual, professional, organized
· Communication skills
· Good memory
· Fast learner
· Attention to detail
· Perform well under pressure
A plus if you:
· Can speak Spanish
· Have Tessitura experience
· Have Microsoft Office experience
· Have retail/sales/service experience
· Have theater experience
Starting as soon as possible.
