The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Concierge position is $45,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Concierge position is $50,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Record and log service requests and track the statuses. Provide administrative aid to management as needed.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility. Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location.
- Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations. This includes preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, etc.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
- May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
- Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
- Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

- Eligibility: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is a plus
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of meeting and event planning, front desk, concierge services, customer service, or a related hospitality role
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to confidently interact with diverse individuals and build positive relationships, a warm and welcoming demeanor and genuine desire to assist others and strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with others.
- Organizational and Execution Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines as needed and ability to follow instructions accurately and ask clarifying questions as needed
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Etc.) Also, a plus if proficient in other platforms such as Webex, slack, and Canva.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with internal teams and ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
