- Experienced with voice and collaboration technologies (financial industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of:
- SIP Trunking, VoIP protocols (H.323/SIP), IP PBX.
- Cisco voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, Jabber, Webex).
- SBC, Genesys, and unified communications.
- LAN/WAN networking, QoS, IP/MPLS.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware), scripting/automation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Sonus/Ribbon.
