Territory & Travel
- Location:Houston, TX
- Territory:Texas
- Travel:Approximately 75% field-based travel
- Develop and grow relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers, primarily withinASCs
- Execute sales calls, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings
- Drive product adoption and revenue growth within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Manage territory planning, scheduling, and follow-up independently
- Share market insights, ideas, and customer feedback with internal teams
- Represent the company with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm
- 1–3 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
- Experience sellingoutside of the operating roompreferred
- ASC sales experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degreepreferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Curious, thoughtful, and comfortable generating new ideas
- Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about sellinghigh-quality, premium products
