- Screening and Assessing of Candidates
- Scheduling, Following Up with Candidates for Interviewing/Onboarding/Orientation
- Conducting Virtual & Phone Interviews
- Entering Employee Records & Schedules
- Coordinating Hiring Needs with Restaurant Leadership
- Assimilate New Hires into Company Culture & Monitor Hiring Progress
- Prepare New Hire Uniforms & Training Materials
- New Hire Orientation Facilitator
- Attend Weekly Talent & Development Dept Training Meetings
- This is a Support Position Reporting to the Talent & Development Team Lead
- In- store Training with New Hires
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) language skills in speaking, reading & writing
- Language: Spanish (Required)
- Application of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a Plus
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- A strong communicator with a cheerful and positive disposition
- A self-starter who can stay on task with multiple workstreams
