As a Senior Recruiting Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying, securing, and onboarding top talent across various roles, ensuring the strength and success of our teams. How You Create Impact
- Plan hiring programs such as email blasts, onsite events, and virtual job fairs
- Manage requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and automated high-volume hiring event platform
- Develop partnerships with community resources and local colleges to build brand recognition
- Use resources and develop sourcing strategies to quickly fill positions with quality candidates
- Create recruiting kits, plan and set up hiring events, make offers of employment, and ensure candidates are swiftly moved through the pre-hire process
- Use social media and recruiting tools to market open positions and build a talent pipeline
- Conduct initial application reviews and phone screen candidates to assess qualifications
- Cultivate trusted working relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources
- 3 years of experience as a high-volume, full-cycle Recruiter
- 3 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting-related systems
- 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn
