Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through various channels such as internet job boards (e.g., Indeed) and our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with Hiring Managers to address staffing needs which includes regular follow-up to ensure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
- Create and maintain requisitions in our ATS
- Review resumes, conduct phone interviews and generate offer letters, keeping Hiring Managers informed as candidates move forward in the recruitment and pre-employment process
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline to meet overall staffing needs
- Provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence and analysis
- Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects and related initiatives as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
- Proven experience building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and creating/maintaining candidate pipelines
