As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with our business leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and to source and assess talent.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels such as internet job boards (e.g., Indeed) and our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to address staffing needs which includes regular follow-up to ensure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
  • Create and maintain requisitions in our ATS
  • Review resumes, conduct phone interviews and generate offer letters, keeping Hiring Managers informed as candidates move forward in the recruitment and pre-employment process
  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline to meet overall staffing needs
  • Provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence and analysis
  • Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects and related initiatives as needed

$64,000 – $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
  • Proven experience building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and creating/maintaining candidate pipelines
