Job Description
Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to establish ownership, visibility, and control over their global IT hardware supply chain. This role addresses gaps in demand planning, forecasting, vendor coordination, inventory visibility, and logistics efficiency that are creating financial, legal, and reputational risk. This is a hands-on builder role focused on stabilizing today’s environment while laying the foundation for a scalable hardware supply chain program.
Business Context
The current hardware supply chain environment includes fragmented suppliers, limited shared forecasting, inventory spread across multiple locations without a system of record, and reactive ordering that leads to expedited freight, missed store openings, and EBIT exposure.
