The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving global sales effectiveness through planning, analytics, CRM administration, territory management, and order fulfillment prioritization. This role serves as a critical conduit between Sales, Market Development, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data, and Finance teams, ensuring alignment and execution across the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Go-To-Market Operations and is based onsite at our Irvine, CA office.

Sales Planning & Analytics
Annual Salary: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

As the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, you will have an opportunity to influence:
Sales Planning & Analytics
- Lead global sales planning cycles including forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee global Salesforce CRM strategy, governance, and user support.
- Partner with IT and Sales teams to optimize workflows, data integrity, and system enhancements.
- Train and support users to ensure adoption and effective use of CRM tools, and self-service access to reporting.
- Design and manage global sales territories and account assignments.
- Ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies and resource optimization.
- Maintain territory data and resolve conflicts or overlaps.
- Manage customer prioritization and order allocation processes in partnership with Supply Planning.
- Monitor fulfillment performance and escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to align supply with sales priorities.
- Oversee sales policy compliance, administration, and incentive program execution.
- Support sales onboarding and enablement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and process standards across global teams.
- Act as liaison between Sales, Market Development, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Finance.
- Drive alignment and execution within the S&OP/IBP framework.
- Support strategic initiatives and business transformation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Sales Operations or related commercial functions.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with S&OP/IBP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience driving the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Forecast Accuracy (% variance to plan)
- Sales Productivity (Revenue per Rep)
- CRM Adoption Rate (% active users)
- Territory Coverage Effectiveness
- Order Fulfillment Rate (% on-time delivery)
- Sales Cycle Time (Lead to Close)
- Data Quality Score (CRM and Territory data)
- Quota Attainment (% of reps hitting targets)
