Position Summary
Positioned within the Technology organization, this role leads the end-to-end transformation of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) value stream, with emphasis on AI-enabled pricing, contracting, billing, and revenue optimization. Own day-to-day execution from strategy through delivery, partnering closely with business leaders to ensure alignment and measurable impact on revenue growth, margin expansion, operational efficiency, and working capital.
Essential Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year AI-powered L2C roadmap covering lead management, dynamic pricing, contract lifecycle management, billing modernization, and collections optimization.
- Redesign and modernize pricing and billing processes to improve automation, accuracy, speed, and margin performance.
- Integrate and optimize CRM, pricing engines, ERP, and billing platforms within a modular, scalable architecture.
- Lead complex, cross-functional delivery with strong governance, financial discipline, and value realization tracking.
- Partner closely with key business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other functions to ensure alignment, drive adoption, and deliver tangible business impact.
- Serve as the technology lead translating business strategy into executable initiatives while ensuring architectural and operational scalability.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required
- 12 years leading enterprise transformation or digital modernization initiatives within a Technology organization.
- Proven success deploying AI and automation in pricing, revenue operations, or billing environments.
- Deep expertise across Lead-to-Cash, including pricing strategy, revenue management, and billing systems.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable technology initiatives and measurable results.
- Strong executive presence, financial acumen, and ability to drive change across complex, cross-functional environments.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Hybrid work schedule, Monday-Thursday in a professional open office environment office; working remotely on Friday
- Overtime may be necessary to complete special projects or meet deadlines
- Travel within the U.S. as required
