You will report to the Senior Director of Facilities Operations and lead special projects. We are on the lookout for a candidate who is very enthusiastic about employee experience, demonstrates strong collaboration skills, and excels in a multi-functional environment. The ideal individual has broad experience across facilities services, operations, and planning, along with excellent communication skills and proven history of successfully implementing programs on a global scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD.

What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive global workplace experience strategy that aligns with NVIDIA’s mission, values, and growth.
- Amenity Management: Lead the strategy and operations for our HQ amenity building, Event Spaces, Gym, and Internal Wellness Center, ensuring efficient utilization and outstanding service delivery. Create and implement enrichment programs that can be delivered across our portfolio.
- Site Leader Program Management: Partner with HR, Site Leaders, and key team members to develop and improve the Global Site Leader Program. Collaborate with Site Leadership to strengthen employee engagement, cultivate NVIDIA’s culture, and improve communications that enhance the employee experience.
- Workplace Enrichment Events: Build innovative events and programs that promote collaboration, well-being, and efficiency while embodying our company culture and values.
- Coordination of Social Functions: Supervise on-site social events and employee communications in line with NVIDIA’s values.
- Vendor Management & Contracting: Negotiate and manage multi-million dollar vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, operational metrics, and service excellence.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a diverse team of workplace experience professionals and service coordinators across global locations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, Security, Procurement, and Communication teams to ensure seamless integration of workplace amenities, events, and services.
- Operational Excellence & Financial Management: Setting and maintaining service level agreements, important metrics, substantial budgets, conducting ROI analysis on experience investments, and ensuring efficient delivery of all services.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with workplace experience trends, new technologies, and industry guidelines to continuously improve our offerings.
- 10 overall years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational corporate environment. Experience within a dynamic and fast-paced technology organization is strongly preferred.
- 5 years of leadership experience in developing and building employee engagement, including mentoring and coaching employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in facilities services management, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a global organization.
- Strong customer service, presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in handling budgets, including capital budget justification, with financial and contract management experience.
- Proven success in designing and scaling global workplace experience programs that elevate culture and engagement.
- Strong background in amenities, events, and change management that enhances employee well-being and connection.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, demonstrating new technologies to shape the workplace of the future.
