The position provides financial guidance in compliance with financial policies, provides business decision support, and leads key projects and initiatives to improve financial processes. Job Description

Responsibilities
- Supports Consolidation processes for VP, Corporate FP&A together with extended team
- Gatekeeper for C-Suite Requests for Capital Expenditures
- Owns end-to-end Exchange reporting and analysis
- Owns Corporate Admin (Corp A) budget
- Works collaboratively multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance
- Supports key projects and initiatives (e.g., planning system standardization, management reporting and optimization) and drives process improvements
- Supports ad hoc analysis as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
