Job Description

This position reports to the Director, Corporate FP&A and oversees the Request for Capital Expenditures (RCE), Exchange analysis, and the Corp A profit center across all Functions for Corporate Consolidation key cycles. The position provides financial guidance in compliance with financial policies, provides business decision support, and leads key projects and initiatives to improve financial processes. This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supports Consolidation processes for VP, Corporate FP&A together with extended team
• Gatekeeper for C-Suite Requests for Capital Expenditures
• Owns end-to-end Exchange reporting and analysis
• Owns Corporate Admin (Corp A) budget
• Works collaboratively multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance
• Supports key projects and initiatives (e.g., planning system standardization, management reporting and optimization) and drives process improvements
• Supports ad hoc analysis as required
  
  

This position is a hybrid role based in Lake County, IL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus

Salary: $121,000 - $230,000
