Job Description

The Finance Senior Manager reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVies LBE, Plan, LRP, and Board of Directors (BOD). This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LBE and Flash process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company
• Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling
• Compile a comprehensive LBE Reporting Package for Senior Leadership
• Ensure LBE data integrity across systems of record and support reporting
• Support LRP, Plan, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables
• Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool
• Ad-hoc analysis as required
• Manage one direct report
  
  
  

This position is a hybrid role based out of Lake County, IL

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  
  
  

Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
