- Lead, inspire, and mentor the HR Director Level team in areas of talent acquisition, training, benefits and employee relations.
- Mentor Directors of recruiting, employee relations, training and benefits to attract, retain, and grow top-tier talent.

- Candidates must describe three notable employee relations issues they directly managed, where their leadership and decision-making:
- Reduced agency or organizational risk
- Presentations should highlight the context, approach, outcome, and lessons learned for each case.

- Proven ability to drive HR innovation in fast-paced or mission-driven environments.
- Deep knowledge of employee relation practices, talent development, learning and benefits.
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication and influence skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR goals with organizational strategy.
- Passion for disrupting outdated systems and building inclusive, future-ready workplaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including managing HR teams and organizational change.
