$228,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining MySQL database servers
- Managing and supporting mission critical replicated database environments
- Monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting database performance and issues
- Participating in database design, deployment, maintenance, upgrade, and patching, etc
- Supporting DevOps and Service Engineers on database related works and issues
- Proposing and enforcing architectural governance, database standards and best practices
- Supporting NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB
- Participating in team on-call and deployment rotation
- 5 years of involved MySQL DBA working experience on Linux/VM, AWS and/or OCI cloud
- Have expertise in MySQL database architecture and internal
- Have the ability to script and automate (ansible chef, git) routine database tasks using Shell and SQL.
- Have expertise in database design, installation, backup/recovery, performance tuning, troubleshooting, patching, supporting and upgrading MySQL in both Cloud and on-premises environments.
- Have experience with database monitoring and performance tuning tools.
- Be proficient in ensuring data integrity and availability by overseeing database storage, access, and security.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
- Be a dynamic team player who learns quickly.
