We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our Salesforce-based system within the GxP/Quality domain. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, drive team collaboration, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards. A foundational understanding of Salesforce will be beneficial in guiding the team effectively.
Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and fostering continuous improvement.
Support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce within the GxP/Quality area.
Ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards while driving Agile best practices.
Remove impediments, enhance team performance, and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Skills And Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a GxP/Quality-regulated environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce and its applications in quality and compliance processes.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles.
Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable. null
