Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale AI and Salesforce transformation initiatives, driving Agile execution, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour

Scrum Master Job Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage AI and Salesforce transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile methodologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to define requirements, finalize architecture, and drive program execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, PI planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and communicate key insights to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and architecture teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).
- 10 years of experience in program/project management with strong exposure to Agile/SAFe environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale AI, data, or Salesforce transformation programs with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, risk management, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex enterprise initiatives.
Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
