Titusville, NJ - hybrid (2-3 days onsite, other days remote)

Long Term Contract

Rate: $60/hr on C2C

exp with API's and Risk is needed

exp with gxp is highly preferred

exp with rte is always a plus

exp with Jira and salesforce are always a plus

we like someone who has and can wear multiple hats

Prior jnj exp preferred and needed

Qualifications

Pharmaceutical industry Experience is preferred

• A minimum of a 5 years of scrum master experience in fast-paced
  
  

delivery environments required.

• Experience in a health care environment (Consumer, Pharma, Medical
  
  

Devices) is preferred

• At least one year experience with Agile Development techniques
  
  

(Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) is required.

• Two years of experience as a Certified Professional Scrum Master or
  
  

Certified Scrum Master is required.

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working with and driving performance of
  
  

cross-functional teams (i.e. development, product management, production,

QA, etc.).

• Prior experience with Jira and MS Project
• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year in
  
  

for a software development team in a GxP environment that was diligently

applying Scrum principles, practices,

• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation,
  
  

situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement,

empowerment, and increasing transparency

• GxP software implementation is preferred
