What You'll Do
- Lead Innovation: Train on and implement cutting-edge molecular assays.
- Drive Discovery: Perform complex experiments supporting clinical trials.
- Collaborate & Share: Present findings to cross-functional teams and contribute to scientific progress.
- Ensure Excellence: Develop validation documents and standard operating procedures to maintain compliance and quality.
Education
- BS in Biological Sciences or related field (required).
- MS in Molecular Biology or related discipline (preferred).
- 5 years of hands-on molecular biology laboratory experience.
- Expertise in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS); Ion Torrent experience highly preferred.
- Strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
- Advanced molecular biology techniques and NGS workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with GLP and regulatory compliance.
