Our client, a leading media and entertainment organization, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be part of the Programming Support Department supporting the scheduling and programming teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Miami, FL

Pay Range: $30.00 to $33.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Update and maintain program information and schedules within the client's systems for various networks and channels
• Create and distribute scheduling documents to internal teams and external vendors
• Track episode telecasts, ratings, and industry trends using Nielsen ratings and other research tools
• Act as a liaison for scheduling requests and inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
• Collaborate with production, network operations, and media logistics teams to ensure scheduling accuracy
  
  

What's Needed?

• Experience with programming data entry tools, such as Broadview or similar systems
• Background in TV or programming industry, particularly linear TV
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
