What's the Job?
- Perform hand sanding and operate smaller power sanders to finish doors and windows.
- Provide general assistance within the department to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Stand and move around for extended periods while completing sanding tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Experience in sanding or woodworking is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Consistent 40-hour work week with no overtime expected.
- Regular shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with early dismissal on Fridays.
